Amazing condo minutes to the beach*** heated pool

This beautiful and spacious condo near the beach is all you need for your perfect vacation! We are just a short 10- 12 minutes walk or 2 minutes drive to the closest beach and many restaurants and shops. Very close to the Caddy's on the beach ( 2 min drive), John Pass Village ( 6 min drive), drive to Downtown St Pete for night life and great restaurants. Egan park is very close and tennis courts are right across the street Heated Pool is available year around and open from dusk to down.

This is a cozy converted workshop with all the amenities of a traditional home! You'll have a comfy bed that sleeps 2 with an air mattress upon request, TV with streaming options, fun decorations, WiFi, air conditioning, W/D, closet space, cooking stuff, & bathroom. If you love tiny homes, you'll love this. Because of it being a converted workshop, it still has that feeling in some regard. It's a little rustic, but still charming. It's not a hotel, nor does it try to be. Pets are welcome.

We have bikes and for those more adventuresome we have kayaks you may use. House features stable, high speed internet. Close to great restaurants, drugstores, supermarkets and coffee shops.
