It is in the Mountain Maple building which was the last building constructed in the Aspens in 1994 (most were built in the 1970s). The living room has a murphy bed for extra guests. Upstairs unit is locked off from the downstairs with a separate outside entry and soundproofing. Pets allowed for $50 fee.
