Hill Country Cabin 5 fenced acres pets welcome. When bringing a pet not well behaved please let me know in advance all good. Relax in the Hot Tub or cool off in the 8 foot filtered galvanized pool. Enjoy the fire pit sun sets and star gazing. There's a deck or screened porch where you can enjoy your morning and watch nature waking. There is a fridge, gas griddle, charcoal grill, electric griddle, microwave, portable oven and 2 burner hot plate. Along with everything you'll need to cook with.

Chertecho Tree Tower

Designed to connect with the natural systems of a special place, Chertecho sits among the trees on a 5-acre rocky slope overlooking the Pedernales River Valley. An outdoor stair system connects the three levels - a covered rooftop deck; a second-floor master suite; and a ground floor kitchen space. Glass walls open to the wooded slopes of Big Hill, a ridge separating the Pedernales and Guadalupe watersheds halfway between Comfort and Fredericksburg. A place to unplug, and reconnect.

Enjoy unique frisbee golf, swimming at the dam or city pool. Follow it up with a four mile run, hike or bike ride by Flat Rock Crossing, and Texas Tech. Junction golf course is a mile away. We wanted to share this property and all its magic with anyone who genuinely appreciates the outdoors. Sip your morning coffee to the sounds of wildlife just a few minutes away from downtown Fredericksburg.

The Leaf Treehouse (~300sqft) is perched among sturdy live oaks on our slice of Texas heaven just ten minutes from Main Street Fredericksburg. Its cozy and stylish interior includes a king bed with organic cotton sheets, a thoughtfully stocked kitchenette, a full bathroom with a rain shower, a padded reading nook with a round window, and an outdoor bathtub on the upper deck.
