The area is perfect for walking, boating, cycling and sightseeing. Chichester, Portsmouth, and Goodwood are nearby as well as the award winning beaches of West Witterings.

The spacious annex has a separate guest entrance and off-street parking. Guests can use the private patio and there are facilities for breakfast of toast & cereal (included). Located down a private drive in the heart of Liphook within walking distance of many local amenities (3 pubs, supermarket, cinema, take aways). The train station is only a 7 minute walk away and a 2 minute walk from a bus stop. We are on the edge of the South Downs National Park with some stunning walks from the house.

Duck Lodge, a boutique log cabin, is located in a serene village. This all-wood home is surrounded by a lush garden, offering a tranquil location. The well-equipped interior showcases eclectic furnishings, Sky TV and a sound system. Your private 8 seater hot tub is exclusively yours between 4-9 pm located on the main house's patio, 25 meters up from the lodge. Choose from a variety of nearby pubs & restaurants where you can enjoy liquid refreshment, lunch or an evening meal (3 of which are within walking distance). Take time out to relax in the free standing bath before, or after, a peaceful and comfortable sleep. Wake to a complimentary continental breakfast basket delivered to your door & make the most of a late morning check out.

Your escape to Woodrest starts with a beautiful walk through ancient woodland to a private and secluded meadow. We have two hand built cabins each set in their own acre of meadow. On arrival you will be met with the most stunning views of the Meon Valley. This unique stay allows you to switch off and enjoy the benefits of being on a family run farm, which has footpaths and woodland for you to explore. The South Downs Way is a short hike away, which leads to a wonderful nature reserve.

The SHED is ideally located in the beautiful West Sussex countryside just outside the South Downs National Park and a short drive from the coastThere are lovely walking and cycling routes straight from the door. We are well situated for trips to Goodwood ,Fontwell and Cowdray Park.The towns of Guildford,Brighton ,Chichester,Arundel and Petworth are all nearby. Well behaved dogs are welcome on leads as there is no fenced area. A travel cot for babies is available.but bedding not provided

The Pool House (for 2 Adults & 2 Children)

This unique, Architect designed self contained building, has a style all of its own. With an open plan kitchenette and island unit, including an oven, microwave, hob and fridge freezer, you can dine in or go out to the Market Town of Petersfield. The lounge area has a 72" TV with a full sky package and spare HDMI leads. There is a walk in shower wet room and a separate cloakroom. The bedroom is cosy, with a king size bed. There is a separate area with bunkbeds, for smaller children.

The Hideaway” is located in the peaceful village of Houghton, just moments from where the South Downs Way crosses the River Arun. This oak-framed garden room offers studio-style, open-plan living with a comfortable double bed, a well-equipped kitchenette and a separate private bathroom. French doors open onto a secluded garden area, perfect for al fresco dining, a morning coffee in the sun, or simply relaxing while soaking up beautiful, uninterrupted views of the South Downs.

Wattlegate Cottage is a charming converted carthouse on a traditional working farm in the heart of the South Downs National Park. Just off the A27, the cottage is ideally placed for visiting Brighton, Lewes, Arundel, Steyning, and the many picturesque villages nearby.

We are close to the lovely town of Petworth and a few miles from Billingshurst station, on the edge of the South Downs National park. Goodwood & Cowdray only a short drive away."

Light and airy self-contained annexe with stunning views of the River Arun from the bedroom. Attached to our family home but with your own entrance and off-road parking. You're welcome to launch your Kayak/SUP straight onto the Arun from the bottom of our garden (please just let us know if you plan to). The kitchen comes equipped with a fridge, oven/hob, microwave, toaster and kettle. We provide cereals, milk, tea & coffee.
