This is in the BEST location on Lake Greenwood! We are located on the main water and close to Harris landing, Twin rivers, Break on the lake, and the 'sandbar'. Enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktails on our peaceful porch and watch all the wildlife this lake offers. We would love to have you (NO EVENTS/PARTIES!)

Close to the swamp rabbit trail, and centrally located to lakes, hiking, fishing and exciting nightlife. Belle Monte is a lovely light-filled 2 story home on high bluff overlooking Middle Creek off the Whale Branch river in Beaufort, SC. See gorgeous sunrises & watch the dolphins from the upstairs deck or sun porch. Great views of the water from most of the house. New lighted dock on deep water so bring your boat! Enjoy swimming (ladder provided), kayaking or paddle boarding. Great area for fishing and crabbing. Well-equipped kitchen, fireplace, gas grill, screened-in porch, game table & more!

Pear Tree Farm-pets welcome! Stables/paddocks too!

Relax with the family at this peaceful place with GORGEOUS sunsets. When we say family, we mean pets & horses as well! We have 12 stables, 7 paddocks. Fenced yard & in ground pool. 5 fireplaces & heart pine floors. 3 living/family rooms. Once owned by the DuPont family (yes that DuPont family), the main part of the home is 96 yrs old and has many charming details. The 4 car garage was also the site of building race cars for the DuPonts. Pear Tree Farm offers the best in country quaintness.

This place is truly a retreat- a 3 bedroom house on the beautiful Black River in Georgetown. Four kayaks provided, swim or fish off the dock just a few steps from the house.
