Jellybean- cutest mini houseboat retreat ever!

'Jellybean' is a lovingly restored 1974 TINY houseboat nestled on the mudflats of an RSPB bird reserve on the West Sussex coast. She is one of the smallest narrowboats in the world- 15ft long and 5ft10” high (PLEASE NOTE THE SIZE ). She has all you need to switch off and relax!. The beach is only a 2 minute walk away, and Shoreham by Sea, Worthing and Brighton are all easily accessible. Jellybean is a safe space for solo guests or couples to escape. Emoyeni, a perfect spot for a relaxed staycation!

Emoyeni is a private, self-contained annexe with its own entrance situated alongside our home. It is a small but modern studio space with kitchen/lounge area, large comfortable bed and compact shower room with sink and toilet. It comfortably sleeps 2 guests and is the perfect base for a couple on a relaxed staycation to explore West Sussex or a home away from home if you are travelling to Worthing for work. Note- we don’t feel our space is suitable for young children and infants.
