A side note: we have a family of wild turkeys that visit the property, as well as abundant wildlife. We also free range our 3 chickens and 3 dusks named Larry, Curley and Mo. This is a luxury tiny home with a well appointed interior, upscale appliances and a wealth of windows to pull the outdoors inside. While the location will feel secluded, this property is just 5 minutes to Briarcliff boat ramp community on Lake Travis. We are just 25 miles from downtown Austin. Two dogs allowed no cats or other animals. Pet fee of $25 non refundable.

Located on 4 acres nestled in the Hill Country just 30 minutes west of downtown Austin, our cabin is a great space for wine, beer, or distillery visits/tours. Hamilton Pool and Pedernales Falls State Park are close by as well. Also a great spot if you’re coming for a wedding. ***Please note that this cabin has an incinerator toilet, called “Incinolet”. It is clean and easy to use, although somewhat rustic. We will provide instructions for proper use at check in.***
