Villa Larios is a beautiful summer house located in the Kolios area, just 100m from the beach. With three famous beaches close to the house, Vromolimnos, Kolios, and Agia Paraskevi, and many shops and restaurants nearby, it is ideally located for a quiet and relaxing vacation in Skiathos. There is a large garden with views of the sea and the mountains and with plenty of parking spaces. Villa Larios is one of the best and safest tourist houses in Skiathos, ideal for families and large groups.

Elena's Apartment

My apartment is situated in the old town of Skiathos, opposite Panagia Church, on the 1st floor. Only a few minutes walk to the port, Papadiamanti street (Skiathos Town Centre), Acropolis bus station, and to the nearest beach (Megali Ammos). 1 bedroom (double bed), 1 bathroom, living room/kitchen area (sofa & single bed under the sofa), balcony,and terrace with Bbq. Washing machine,cooking pans,coffee maker,nespresso machine,linen,towels,iron,hair dryer included. Feel free to ask me anything!

Perfect location to enjoy the island Set in an olive grove this 2 bedroom villa is perfect for a company of 4 people, ideal for families with children. Simple in its style this family summer house provides a fully equipped kitchen, living area, and a spacious balcony over looking Kanapitza Bay. 5 minute by car to to Skiathos town (taxi, bus and sea-bus also available), with plenty of great sea-side tavernas near by.

Το σπίτι βρισκεται σε μια κατάφυτη περιοχή με καταπληκτική θέα μόλις 5 λεπτά με το αυτοκίνητο από τη χώρα της Σκιαθου.Το σπίτι χωρίζεται σε δυο επίπεδα.Κάτω βρισκεται ένα ευρύχωρο σαλόνι κι η τραπεζαρία,μια μεγάλη κουζίνα κι ένα άνετο μπάνιο.από εδώ υπάρχει πρόσβαση στη βεράντα η οποία διαθέτη τραπεζαρία και μαγευτική θέα.Στο πάνω επίπεδο βρίσκονται δυο υπνοδωμάτια και μια τουαλέτα.Έξω υπάρχει μεγάλος κήπος με χωρο στάθμευσης,μπάρμπεκιου και χώρους ανάπαυσης.Δεν υπάρχει αστική συγκοινωνία.

This lovely apartment is located on the first floor of a recently renovated house , in a beautiful area,just next to the church square of the Panagia Limnia church. It has 3 bedrooms,sleeping 5 people, a bathroom, a kitchen and big roof top terrace.The roof top is nice and spacious and is perfect for stargazing the Moon.The Old Port and the Main Street are on a few minutes walking distance.There is a parking area nearby, and the first beach and bus stop number 4 it’s only 5 minutes away.

Traditional cosy house situated in the heart of Skiathos centre(at the old town which is the oldest and most traditional place), ideal for a family of five. Just one minute away from the famous pillows bars and a few minutes away from the sea! In a very quite neighbourhood very close to the port of Skiathos (400m), the bus stop (number 4, 500m) and 2,5km to the airport.
