From the edge of the lush landscape, it has beautiful views of the Hollywood Sign, Observatory, Griffith Park, and the Silverlake Reservoir, and is facing West for lovely sunsets. Beautiful expansive grounds and a nice patio area for relaxing or BBQing. Note: this is the apartment on the ground floor, not the main house and does not have a balcony, but has a patio.

While we want you to feel completely at home, we do ask that you keep it down when walking to and from the unit and when on the private patio (as a courtesy to our neighbors). Laundry!
