Unwind and relax on the farm. Read a book, write music, grill, roam or just do nothing. It's your time. Enjoy it.

It is less than 3 miles from downtown Cookeville including the historic West Side District, Tennessee Tech, and Cookeville Regional Hospital. The apartment is completely custom and unique in every aspect. You will have 24/7 access to the host who will go above and beyond for any need you have while still giving you complete privacy. The carriage house is located behind the main house with its own entrance and its own private balcony. This spacious one bedroom carriage house has a queen size bed and separate living room with sleeper sofa and kitchenette with a table. You are welcome to enjoy the park-like setting grounds as well as a gazebo with swing chairs and picnic table area. For stays over one week, there is a washer and dryer on the bottom level. You will have to ask hosts prior for access.
