We have lots of wood for the fire in winter, the outdoor bath is wonderful for stargazing & the (shared) swimming pool heaven on a hot day. Built with recycled timbers and antique building materials it looks like it has been there for more than a century. It has just been fully renovated and has all new appliances. Lyrebird Ridge Organic winery is tucked away in the quiet area known as Budgong. Set back off the road, you feel away from everything. National parks, Budgong Creek and a special view from a nearby lookout are all close by. Take time to visit our cellar door, sit around the firepit or find a quiet seat at one of the five dams. The Studio is one of two listings for accommodation. The Retreat is also on our property and shares the same building as The Studio.

A charming little 1971 yellow brick beach front cottage, with private access to Warrain beach from the back, or access to the life saving club from the front (2 houses down the road). And when you're not swimming in the beach, enjoy the large rear balcony overlooking Warrain Beach, where you will be relaxed by the sites and sounds of ocean whilst having a BBQ. Cosy beachside couples getaway. I’m awash with sun-kissed rooms and nestled in a playful seaside town, lapped by the white sandy beaches of Jervis Bay. Soak up the sunshine, sip on spritzers, and witness amazing dawn skies, all on my sun-drenched deck overlooking the sparkling waters of the bay. Mid-week stays make for magical, uncrowded stretches of sand, with less of the monopoly that the weekends bring about. This is Sandy feet and salty hair.
