It has a locking metal exterior door for sound-proofing and security. The unit is a bright studio apartment with three large windows, a full kitchen, sitting area with tv and fireplace, dining table, queen-sized bed, walk-in closet and your own private bathroom with a five-foot shower. WELCOME to Sunset Chalet. We have had a make over! See and hear the nature at the front and back. You may get a view of the many deer,fox and wild turkeys that frequent this quiet neighbourhood. From the hilltop you get a partial view of water and pier.Hear the fishing boats as they pass to go into Port to unload their catch (the action starts around noon). Port is full of excitement: enjoy the theatre, public library, many coffee shops, restaurants, taverns, and Beaches.

My place is a modern fully equipped apartment in a standalone building. You will have your own concrete driveway and private entrance. The area is quiet but at the same time is less than 10 minutes drive from all the standard fast food restaurants, dine in road houses and shopping such as Walmart, Winners, Staples and Canadian Tire plus supermarkets. Enjoy the heritage sites in St Thomas and nearby country activities on the lake, in conservation areas and farm markets.
