We offer a clean and cozy lower-level apartment with a private entrance, 2 bedrooms/1 bath, snack/coffee bar with an assortment of snacks, tea, and coffee, a living room, reclining sofa, pool table, electric fireplace, RokuTV, small table/2 chairs and an outdoor patio area. We are located on a 250-acre family farm with a walking path, woods, creek, and cabin.

We live on a two acre lot near Rosedale Bible College in central Ohio. The apartment is a cozy, private, single bedroom apartment attached to our home on the ground level. There is a beautiful nature/walking trail next to the property. In 35 minutes, you can be on The Ohio State University campus as well as the Columbus Zoo and Aquarium.

Enjoy the peaceful countryside just 15 minutes off of the outer loop of Columbus. We have a seperate guest house on our small farm with a king size master suite and queen bedroom. This guest home is completely private from the main residence and is the perfect ambience for peace and quiet. . My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and big groups.

Newly remodeled guest house is the perfect location to step away from the hustle and bustle of the city, but still be a 10-20 minute drive from great restaurants, night life, and shopping. It is also located just 5 miles from one of the best zoos in the country, the Columbus Zoo and Aquarium. The house comfortably fits 2 adults and 2 children. The house is not an ideal place for 4 adults.
