Great cabin located directly on Tims Ford Lake. Cabin has been updated and includes nice, well stocked kitchen as well as a deck (with grill). Enjoy our dock - fish, swim and use our two kayaks, paddle board and a canoe. Plenty of space to tie your boat up to our dock in a mostly private cove. This unique tiny cabin that we have called Country Haven is located in the valley of Pelham, TN on Payne Cove Road. Enjoy a scenic view from the porch, stay cozy by the fire pit, or relax by streaming your favorite series on Netflix, Hulu, or Disney plus! The cabin is a 7 minute walk to the entrance of the Caverns if you're here to enjoy a show or to go on a cave tour. We are 6 miles from I-24 off exit 127. 1 hour to Nashville or Chattanooga and 10 miles to Sewanee or Monteagle.

The Coalmont Cabin – Romantic Lakefront Escape

The Coalmont is a 4 acre waterfront retreat on top of the South Cumberland Mountains of Tennessee, between Nashville and Chattanooga. This 460 sq ft "tiny" cabin sleeps up to 4. Amenities abound with boats, hot tub, fishing, zip line, lawn games, large decks for gathering, fire pit, and beautiful scenery. Perfect retreat for couples looking for a romantic getaway, families wanting to unplug and reconnect with quality time, or anyone looking for a quiet place to work remotely.

This modern, Scandinavian style cabin, sits on 20 private acres at a 1360 ft. elevation. The style sets it apart from other cabins. It is 13 miles from The Caverns concert venue (about a 20 minute drive). The cabin is close to Sewanee, which has many hiking trails and is home to The University of the South (about 7 miles from our cabin/ a 16 minute drive.) Other local hiking and recreation options include the South Cumberland State Park and Tims Ford State Park.

Clifftops cabin close to the front gate. Nearby lake, bluff view, waterfalls, hiking. Sewanee University 3-4 miles away. Chattanooga-30-45 min, Nashville-90 min. Important: the stairs leading to the loft are very steep so it’s probably not the best option for young children or the elderly. We do not allow for any pets on the property. During the winter months from Christmas to March, the washer/dryer will be unavailable due to freezing weather.
