Private Cottage

Our Cottage is free standing, located away from other buildings on our property. The cottage is great for a getaway, close to the mountains, town. 3 miles to Old Town, 1 mile to the foothills. It's quiet, peaceful with a country feel, yet close to many wonderful adventures. Great room appeal with a large screen TV, DVD player and queen size sofa sleeper. Full size washer/dryer in the large bathroom. Parking is next to the cottage. There is a wood burning stove and we will provide the wood.

High end finishes, in-unit laundry, fully stocked kitchenette, and a private patio make this the perfect spot to stay for a weekend or longer. The entire unit is aired out, cleaned and disinfected after each stay. All linens (including blankets & comforter) are washed after every stay. And there is NO CLEANING FEE charged.

Lovely 2 bedroom loft apartment located on a working farm 10 minutes from Old Town Fort Collins, Breweries, Dining, It is about 7 miles to Old Town Fort Collins and CSU. Peaceful setting with Wonderful views. The loft is a independent living space located over our garage and has it's own outside entrance by staircase to a deck off the apartment. This is a non smoking facility and no smoking of any kind is permitted in the loft or on the premises.

Maddie is a “free range” pig who loves roaming the property and saying hello. The space is private and has a full kitchen/bath and W/D. We are centrally located between Estes Park (and Rocky Mtn NP) , Boulder, Ft. Collins, Denver, Greeley, Loveland and Longmont.
