The apartment is located next to the pedestrian commercial Ermou Street, with many lovely coffee shops, restaurants and shops. In just 5 min of walking, you can reach the water front, the promenade and the Harbor area. The apartment is situated at 5-7 min walking distance from a community parking.

The house stands in the historic village of Portaria Pelion and it is about 500 m. from the central square. It's altitude is 630m., and has a spectacular view to Pagasitikos and the town of Volos. You can enjoy this view not only from the balcony but also inside the house. Furthermore the Ski Centre of Pelion is only 14km. far and the city of Volos 12km. Last but not least the beautiful beaches of Pelion are located in 31km. from Portaria.

Located along the port of Volos, my apartment has a great view to the sea. It is a 5-10 minutes’ walk to bars, restaurants, coffee shops, shopping areas and “Tsipouradika” which are Volos’s signature taverns that offer fresh seafood and traditional Greek spirits. It is suitable for couples, families (with 2 kids), business travelers, and solo adventurers looking to explore the capital of Magnesia and the magnificent mountain Pelion.

Στο παραδοσιακό χωριό της Μακρινίτσας ανηφορίζοντας και περπατώντας 200μ πλακόστρωτου καλντεριμιού θα βρεθείτε στη Βρύση Τσώνη. You’ll love my place because of the ambiance, the outdoors space, the neighborhood, the light, and the comfy bed. Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place right in front of the sea with an amazing view . The apartment is located above the restaurant's and its very calm even if its one the most central spot of Volos. The port is right in front of you and you can walk there . There is also a paid parking in front .

Chalet Orfeas/view,1000m2garden,jacuzzi

The chalet was built in 1928 with local stone from Pelion and has a special architectural design and was recently completely renovated (2016). The view is impressive and the interior of the house boasts the romance of another era with all modern-day comforts. The property has two floors and a garden (1000 sqm).
