It is located above the detached 2 car garage. It is roughly 600 sq ft and has a kitchen, seating area, Smart TV, High Speed Wifi, work desk, and a full bathroom. The studio does have a balcony deck with bistro table and chairs overlooking the Jackson River. If the main house is being rented you will be given one parking spot as the driveway will be shared. If you do venture outside you will not be disappointed. The property just off of the Jackson River Scenic trail which is known for bike riding and leisure walks. During the summer adults and kids alike will be seen kayaking or floating by in their river tubes. It is well known for the floating experiences offered here. Floats range anywhere from 45 minutes, 2 hours, or an all day 8 hour float down the Jackson River. Take a walk on the original wagon train road down to a stream or bath your senses in the majestic view of Jump Mountain from the meadow.
