Also, we are only minutes away from Truman Lake which boasts some of the best crappie and spoonbill fishing around. A dedicated shed with lock is provided at the back of the home for bike storage. Built in 1880, the building is on the national Historic Register. The Loft is a fully updated, 1500 sq ft, 2 bed, 2 bath space with off-street parking, a shed to secure your bikes for the trail, 12x20 deck with grill and table seating. Keyless entry at deck entry and front entrance, wi-fi, smart tv’s and so so much more. Coffee Bar, all new furniture and appliances. Easy walk to all downtown Sedalia has to offer including a gym, which is just a few blocks away.

Our family cottage sits on 100’ of lakefront in a natural lake setting. Spacious living with expansive views and a private dock. Swim off the dock or relax on the lily pad from dawn until dusk and enjoy sunset over the large, protected cove. Create more lake memories at our fire-pit and outdoor charcoal grill. Bring your own boat to tie up to the dock during your stay. Close to movie theater, grocery stores, and restaurants by land or water.

The Shouse

The Shouse is a rustic living quarters built directly under the same roof as our horse stable. Bring your horses along and they can stay here too. The home has recently been fully renovated from an Amish tack shop. It is located in the heart of an Amish community. Spend your evenings relaxing on the front porch and watch the horse and buggies go by. Ask about booking your own buggy ride while you stay to get the most out of your visit!
