This property is the perfect place to unplug from technology and plug into the great outdoors. Relax in the jacuzzi nestled in a grove of mature firs. Wander the orchard and taste the sun ripened seasonal fruits. Bring your fishing pole and catch a fresh salmon for supper. Leave your worries behind and come unwind at the cabin.

Tide's Reach of the Umpqua

All it's own type thing, in it's own type place, a unique RIVERSIDE GLAMP! Nooked in Oregon Coastal Mountains at edge of inland tidal waters. Set to the background of a small historic rural town, tucked just out of sight of the beaten route to/from the Pacific Ocean and Oregon Dunes a short 16mi away at Reedsport.  Year-round floating dock and river access all to yourself, different experience with each tide change, and kayaks provided. Otter, eagle, seal, fish, etc : a nature theme park!

A Little Slice of Heaven with Lots of Comfort

Nestled off Hwy 101 back in a nice wooded residential area. Peaceful and quiet on a gravel road (2nd lot from where the gravel starts) with beautiful view of Sutton Lake as you approach the property. Front yard nicely secluded usable area. Back area looks like a rain forest with very large trees; sometimes you might see a deer pass through, not a usable area but beautiful to look at from the wrap around deck surrounding this cozy mobile home with nearly 1,000 sq ft of living space.

Earthworks Art House

Earthworks Art House is a newly remodeled two bedroom guest house connected with Earthworks Gallery. It is located adjacent to the gallery in a private forested setting. It borders Gerderman rhododendron preserve and is located on an extensive trail system that leads to the ocean, the forest or the center of Yachts a short distance away. We feature an extensive collection of revolving original art from the gallery. This totally new house offers plush and cozy accommodation.

This 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom retreat features a unique design with natural wood walls and a modern black ceiling, creating a quiet and grounded environment. As a separate unit, it offers full privacy for a self-managed stay. We designed this space for comfort and independence, making it the perfect home base for your visit. Tucked away on North Tenmile Lake, this peaceful mini-cabin is perfect for a romantic escape or quiet writer’s retreat. Features a full kitchen, full bathroom with shower/tub combo, loft with king bed and lake views. Enjoy a private dock, paddleboards, high-speed WiFi, fishing, stargazing, and morning coffee by the water. The perfect mix of peace, privacy, and nature.

The Beach Yachtage

Pets Welcome and no extra fee, Free EV Charging. Beautiful Ocean Front small house cottage with deck is the perfect peaceful getaway for amazing sunsets or watching the mysterious fog of the ocean. (Beach stairs closed and under repair with no known completion date due to significant engineering issues). Beach access within 1/2 mile south and north. Beach stair access will hopefully be restored soon as the contractor has finally provided a plan.

The Carriage House at Dragons Cove

Under a spell of centuries of wind and waves, Cape Perpetua awaits. Here you'll find The Carriage House, an enchanted cottage with views of tiny Dragons Cove, Laughing Gull Island, and the majestic Perpetua headland, highest point on the Oregon coast. It's hard to imagine a more pristine oceanfront setting. Two dozen harbor seals congregate and birth their young on the island.
