Vienna-Heights is a studio directly under the roof of a 19th century villa in one of the most elegant districts of Vienna. Our house was built in 1897 and therefore there is NO ELEVATOR. It is situated on the 3rd floor. You will be rewarded for the climb with a marvellous view on the city from terrace and room. Big comfortable double-bed, convertible sofa for one or two more guests. Aircondition! Self-check-in Bus station only two minutes walk,, to the center it takes about 15 minutes.

Die Suite hat 1 Schlafzimmer mit einem großen Bett (180x200cm), ein großes Badezimmer mit Badewanne, extra Dusche, Waschbecken, WC, Föhn und Seife.(KEINE KÜCHE ) Es gibt einen Kühlschrank, Nespresso-Kaffeemaschine, Mikrowelle, Teller, Gläser, Besteck und einen Wasserkocher Das Appartement ist neurenoviert, ruhig, und versprüht den Wiener Altbau-Charme.

Entspanne dich mit der ganzen Familie in dieser friedlichen Unterkunft. In unserem Einfamilienhaus in ruhiger Lage bieten wir zur Vermietung unsere Dachgeschosswohnung. Sie betreten das Haus durch den hinteren Eingang und gelangen ins Stiegenhaus, welches auch von uns genutzt wird. Sie gelangen ins Dachgeschoss, wo sich die Ferienwohnung befindet. Sie haben hier Ihren eigenen Bereich mit Küche und Bad. Es gibt ein Doppelbett sowie eine ausziehbare Couch, für zwei weitere Personen.

Ganzes Haus im grünen Paradies und doch in Wien

Unser kuscheliges Häuschen aus den 60er-Jahren wurde innen komplett renoviert und liebevoll eingerichtet. Es liegt idyllisches eingebettet in einer kleinen Siedlung nahe dem Wienerwald und ist bequem erreichbar mit der Buslinie 52A, die im Viertelstundentakt von Wien Hütteldorf (U4, Schnellbahn, ÖBB) fährt. Das Haus verfügt über 3 Schlafzimmer mit grossen Doppelbetten, weiters ein Wohnzimmer, eine Küche mit Essecke und einem toprenovierten Bad mit grosser Dusche.

Become a guest in our family house built in 1684. The building is over 300 years old, the flat has been adapted to the latest standards, air conditioning included. The underground is 8 minutes walk away, the nearest tram 1 minute walk. The flat has its own entrance directly from the private courtyard. A private parking space directly at the accommodation is possible. There is almost always a member of our family on site.

Turkenschanzpark 5’ walking distance; This nice apartment lies in the heart of Vienna and has all conveniences. If you need additional space for further 2 people there exists another completely equipped apartment beside it (Top 4,door at door), depending upon availability.
