Hill Country retreat overlooking the city. Private quarters with separate entrance, spacious living room, full kitchen, bedroom w/closet, bathroom w/shower, and a covered sitting area overlooking city. 15 minutes from Fiesta Texas and Sea World, 25 minutes from downtown, and one mile away from Old Town Helotes. Pool & hot tub are available for additional fee of $50 per pool use in the morning 9:00 - 4:00, or in the evening 4:00 -10:00. Pool is not heated during colder months, only hot tub is.

The property is 2.5 acres and is adjacent to the park. Villa Capri is a beautiful tiny home rental with private pool access in North Central San Antonio. Located with quick access to airport , Downtown , Fiesta Texas and La Canterra. The neighborhood is quiet, located within 2 miles of shopping and restaurants. This neighborhood has plentiful wildlife. Villa Capri is located on host’s lot. The yard and pool are shared by hosts. Swimsuit is required in pool. Please note that Villa Capri cannot host children or babies due to safety concerns.

This studio-style cottage rental is furnished with a queen size bed to comfortably accommodate up to 2 guests. Other amenities include linens, air conditioning, TV, a private bathroom, and kitchenette with a mini refrigerator, microwave and coffee pot. Outside is a covered front porch with chairs, plus a charcoal grill and picnic table so you can relax and enjoy the Texas sunshine. ***Linens are not provided for 30+ night stays, a monthly linen bundle may be purchased***

The Loft - Monte Vista

Our garage loft is a renovated and refurnished 900sf apartment. Clean, simple spaces and furnishings make for a relaxing getaway. We are in the Monte Vista Historic District, a 1-mile square walkable neighborhood 3 miles north of downtown and a 1.5 miles from the Pearl District. Our main house is a 1914 Prairie Style residence sheltered by the largest oak tree in San Antonio. We are happy to share our back yard, pool pavilion, and pool during our guests' stays.

Why stay in a hotel when you can have all the comforts of home plus a river view. ACCESS THE COMAL RIVER DIRECTLY FROM THE PROPERTY 550 square feet. Balcony has a river view. You will be on the 3rd floor with elevator access. You will have access to the pool, hot tub, picnic tables and bbq pits. There is an on site washer and dryer available for a fee. Common space has a couch bed and bunk beds, the bedroom has a king size bed.
