Enjoy our unique accommodation in a beautiful location with a fantastic view. You can enjoy the peace, the water and the view here. Our floating chalet has a lot of glassware so that you retain the unobstructed view. You are close to Amsterdam, Volendam and Monnickendam. Enough activity in the area, so that you can decide for yourself whether you want to enjoy the peace and quiet or seek out the hustle and bustle. There is a terrace and a floating balcony. There is also parking at the chalet.

Geniet van rust, ruimte en gezelligheid in deze authentieke stolpboerderij. Onze boerderij is gebouwd in 1904 naar West-Fries model, en heeft naast boerderij gediend als garniturenwinkel. Toen wij de boerderij kochten was hij 116 jaar oud, en had het nodige achterstallige onderhoud. Stukje bij beetje renoveren we het huis, zo heeft het nu weer goed functionerende verwarming! De opbrengst van Airbnb stoppen we weer in het huis, zo zijn we nu aan het sparen voor het renoveren van het dak.

Het terras is op het zuiden gericht, bied dus de ideale plek om te ontspannen en te genieten van het buitenleven. Hand built during the windmill’s restoration, the cabin offers a peaceful and unique stay while still being close to Alkmaar and only 40 minutes from Amsterdam by train.
