The Barn features a luxury shower/wet room, fully equipped kitchen with the basics to make breakfast and a pull down double bed. For families there is a sofa bed that folds down into a 5' double bed. Children under 16 are welcome without an extra charge

Built in 1897 to house the horses of Halton Lodge this impressive dwelling enjoys a quiet spot close to the center of the bustling village of Hurstpierpoint. In 2019 the Nelson family moved in and set about renovating this beautiful Victorian property. Separate from the main house and accessed through the double garage doors is Wee Wych. Our pod, tucked away near the Downs

Our timber clad garden pod is up-market glamping, with a view to the Downs. A rustic experience, close to Brighton, approached down a farm track, with a walk across fields to the village. On sunny days, open up the folding sliding doors and enjoy a drink on the decking. There is Wifi and there are basic cooking facilities, with a single electric hob, microwave and fridge. (The wood burner pictured is not in use.)

The Hen House

The Hen House is a converted barn standing within its own private plot but using the same driveway as Wyndham Farmhouse, Barn and Stables. The house is well equipped, light and airy with fantastic views to the south downs. It is the perfect base to explore the Sussex countryside with plenty of local attractions. Dogs are welcome and the garden is fenced.
