Hidden Garden Cottage - Walk to Town and Hiking

Serene beach cottage in Summerland nestled in a lush well-maintained garden with a large sunny deck and secluded backyard. Perfect for antique lovers, the house boasts one-of-a-kind vintage furniture and art. Can't beat the location, located on a quiet and private dead-end street right next to hiking trails, five minute walk to town and ten minute walk to our beach. This hidden small bungalow is ideal for a small family or two friends but can comfortably fit two couples if you are feeling cozy!

Private and Cozy Studio

Our private studio is great for couples or single professionals who need a quiet place to work. Studio is furnished with one Queen bed and a two twin beds (trundle bed comes from underneath the twin bed in the picture. Private bathroom and access to our backyard, some guests have used it for Yoga, Meditation and for their kids to run around 10 minute drive to downtown and/or main beaches. Private parking space included for one vehicle. Only minutes from hiking trails, UCSB, Beach, etc.

Stylish and centrally-located House. Our house is located few blocks from down town and Santa Barbara Beach. We have a two spacious bedroom and two full baths in a house surrounded by outdoor patio with private off street parking. We have put a lot of love in making this hose available for you. Hypoallergic king size bed in separate room with ensuite bathroom. Futon sofa in living space sleeps one. Partial kitchen; no oven. Coffee machine. Outdoor grill, table and 4 chairs. Beach bag with towels and umbrella. Dogs welcome for no extra fee; no cats. Weekly cleaning/linens on Wednesday.

The unit is on a duplex with a private entrance, gated backyard with a bbq and gorgeous dining area, full kitchen, and beautifully remodeled bathroom. The bright and airy bedroom features a queen sized bed and dedicated workspace. The couch in the living room can be converted to a full-sized bed. Pet friendly ($20 per pet per night!) 1 off street parking space is available in the driveway.

The Cozy Stone Cottage was originally a pump house for the beautiful water tower which you can see from the front garden. You’ll love its rustic atmosphere and the warm cozy feeling of The Stone Cottage, separate bedroom, small gas fireplace stove, and sweet patio to sit and relax or eat a meal. Come enjoy this wonderful retreat!

Amazing romantic getaway! Walk to the Beach and Hiking Trails from The Summerland Nest. Our beautifully remodeled studio is a 5-10 minute walk to restaurants, coffee, shops and the beach! A short drive North to Montecito's Coast Village road shops and eateries. Or South to the quaint town of Carpinteria. Or, just stay in and enjoy the views and sunsets from your own private deck! The Nest has a Queen Size bed and we are pet friendly but we only allow dogs.
