Die abgeschlossene Wohneinheit befindet sich im Gartentrakt eines mediterran gestalteten Privathauses nur zehn Minuten von Klagenfurt und dem Wörthersee entfernt. Die oberen Stockwerke bewohne ich mit meiner Familie. Der zwanzig Meter lange Pool und der traumhafte Garten, der sich direkt vor ihrem Schlafzimmer befindet, kann jederzeit benutzt werden. Ich spreche auch Englisch und Italienisch und stehe Ihnen gerne mit Rat und Tat zur Seite, damit Ihr Urlaub ein richtiger Traumurlaub wird.

Our house is located in Triglav National Park at the edge of a little village on the hillside of Pokljuka plateau, with beautiful views on the Bohinj valley. The house is comfortably equipped in rustic style and offers peaceful accommodation in pure nature. There are many possibilities for pleasant walks around the village. Nearby are many starting points for hikes in the beautiful mountains of Julian Alps. It is also close to turistic centers of Bohinj (10 km) and Bled (25 km).

Bei uns wohnt man in einer separaten, modern eingerichteten Wohnung mit eigener Terrasse, die nach Osten ausgerichtet ist und sich perfekt zum Frühstücken eignet. Die Wohnung besteht aus einem Vorraum, einer Wohnküche, einem Schlafzimmer und einem Badezimmer. Sie ist mit allen nötigen Dingen ausgestattet, um dir einen schönen Aufenthalt zu bieten. Gerne stellen wir dir auch Fahrräder zur Verfügung! Pro Gast fallen Gemeindeabgaben von €2,70 pro Nacht an. (Personen über 16 Jahre)

Room Gabrijel with four seasons outdoor kitchen

The house Gabrijel is situated at a peaceful location in an unspoilt nature, away from the city hustle and bustle. Here, you can enjoy the peace, quiet and fresh air. The Jezernica creek, which flows past the house, creates a pleasant babbling sound. The small kitchen is spacious enough for you to prepare homemade teas and proper Slovenian coffee. Making yourself one of these drinks, you can relax on a lovely terrace with a view of the neighbouring pasture where horses graze.

Ferienhaus in Alleinlage und mit toller Aussicht

Das Ferienhaus mit Garten steht in idyllischer Lage auf 845 m Seehöhe in der Gemeinde Liebenfels, ca. 20 km von Klagenfur entfernt. Von der Terrasse aus hat man einen wunderschönen Panoramablick auf die Karawanken sowie das gesamte Glantal. Die Lage eignet sich perfekt für Wanderungen in der Natur und zum Schwimmen in umliegenden Seen. Einige Skigebiete befinden sich 40-60 Minuten Fahrzeit mit dem Auto entfernt. Das Haus hat ca. 60 m² und verfügt auch über eine Sauna.

Room 47 offers you private 1st floor of the house. There are 3 double bedrooms, private bathroom and big balcony with sunbeds and amazing mountain view. You are the only guest in the house. In the garden behind the house is an equipped summer kitchen ( toaster, microwave, electric stove and wodden BBQ grill ). There is also a lovely summer garden for use. The Room 47 is suitable for family, solo travellers or couples. (6max). Tourist tax is not included in the price.

Guests will receive Bled Julian Alps card, which offers many benefits (mobility, sights, activities, catering services and more).

Fall asleep with the murmur of the passing river, sunbathe on our wooden terrace right on the riverbank and take a dip in the outdoor viking tub in all seasons. Equipped for indoor and outdoor cooking, our charming house is hospitable to small and big humans alike, including a modular sauna, private beach and an outdoor cinema!

Die Unterkunft liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße in der Herzogstadt St.Veit an der Glan in Kärnten. Die Räumlichkeiten liegen im Erdgeschoß eines Privathauses. Das Schlafzimmer wurde 2021 errichtet und liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Küche wurde 2021 errichtet und ist voll ausgestattet. Das Badezimmer wurde ebenfalls 2021 errichtet.
