A quiet place by a quiet bay at the countryside. There is no public transport. The road to our place is a narrow road up the hill towards the mountain Beinisvør. By the town Lopra (before the tunnel to Sumba) you turn right. "Um Hestin". Before the top of the hill, turn left: Víkabyrgi. Our house is the last one on your left side. Accessible to wheelchairs. Accommodation for 8 persons, 2 double bedrooms on the ground floor. In the loft, there are 2 single beds, partly shielded and a sofabed which sleeps 2. Wellness package includes outdoor jacuzzi, tub with cold water, sauna, bathrobes & Weber gasgrill. Electricity is included.

Placeringen er central. Den lokale købmand ligger 250 m fra huset, og 30 m fra huset ligger kajen, hvor der er mulighed for at fiske. Der er 4 værelser, 2 større og 2 mindre. Tilsammens er der 7 sovepladser. Kun 10 min kørsel til fodboldhal, svømmehal, café’er og resturanter.

Naturoplevelserne er lige udenfor døren. Gåture i fjeldet, fiskeri, havbad, fugle, blomster, tang, foto, maleri, ro men også venlige mennesker. Retreat eller aktivitet, velegnet til begge dele. My traditional Faroese house is located on the southern island, Sudoroy, surrounded by breathtaking nature with public transportation right by the door. The 2 hour ferry trip to the island, return ticket about 11 euro and 37 euro with car, is beautiful. Newly renovated house decorated stylish and simple with danish designs. Beautiful sea and mountains view from all rooms.

You are only a 10 minute walk away from the ferry to Mykines, and about a 10 minute drive to Gásadalur. The airport is a 5 minute drive away and the local grocerystore is your neighbor.

We renovated this old boathouse 2021. The house offers you a peacefull sanctuary to collect your thoughts. 5 minutes walking distance to groceryshopping. Bus stop to the rest of the island is oposite the house as well. There is a bed for two people.
