The apartment has its own small garden surrounded by special greenery. There is 1 master bedroom and 1 guest bedroom. All rooms are air conditioned and have natural light. It is equipped with new and fully functional white goods. 150 meters close from the seaside, and 6-8 minutes walking distance from metro and other public transportation stations.

Brand new bathrooms and kitchen. Our family house in Büyükada (Prinkipo) was built in early 19th century by a Greek architect. Situated in a quite street in lovely Maden district, it's only 10 minutes walk from the center of the island. We have just renovated bathrooms, kitchen and the patio with modern design leaving the historical overall experience and character of the house intact.
