With its own living space, kitchenette, bedroom and bathroom this 400 sq ft space with a deck, semi-private entrance and dedicated garage space is perfect for your visit to wine country. This listing hosts humans only. Please no pets, please don't ask. We also ask that you do not bring small children, the suite is not suited to host little ones and the max occupancy is two persons, 10 or older.

Our cozy, newly renovated guest suite is tucked back off the street in a communal courtyard with its own private entrance and semi-private covered patio. Located just blocks from downtown, it is an easy walk to restaurants, bars, movie theaters, grocery and pharmacy, and just about anything else you could want! Our home is nestled in the quiet hills of Wine Country. With its own private entrance, we have a two bedroom apartment for you to enjoy. Both rooms have King Beds and full private bathrooms, one of which has a large soaking tub and double sinks. A small kitchenette (please note: no oven available), couch, TV with streaming, table, games and fireplace are in the living room. This is a great space for a family or two couples on a trip together.

This is an attached studio, one block from beach and very spacious. The house upstairs is our home/rental (so expect some noise). Room is a converted workshop, so it's a little industrial but we have done a lot of work to fix it up pretty cute. Wide open space. Space heater included. Use of fridge, coffee maker, microwave and water heater but otherwise no 'kitchen'. Bathroom w/ shower, toilet & sink.

Walk to the Village of Arroyo Grande

Great location! We are 4 miles to the beach and central to local wineries and breweries. You can literally walk to the village of Arroyo Grande. We allow pets--however, no pets July 4th or New Years Eve weekends due to local fireworks. Please contact us first if you have a furry friend. The bathroom is connected to the bedroom. Extra guests will need to walk through bedroom for use.
