It is cozy and includes everything that you need for a comfortable stay: a king-size bed, a dinette, Netflix TV, bathroom, refrigerator, microwave, stove and Heater/AC. Pet and smoking are not allowed.

Fix a snack or a full breakfast and sit for a bit in the windowed alcove high above a tree-lined street of well-kept homes. Get coffee, Chinese takeout, or stop in at the pub, all just two blocks away. Free wifi and on site laundry, outside areas protected by security cameras. This stunning home is just off I-5, near UoP, recreation, shopping, restaurants, and the Haggin Mus.

The Nest

Located just across the street from Lincoln Park, a family friendly park with walking paths. Upstairs is a Cozy Rustic Farmhouse studio with a 1940's charm. Exceptionally clean! Comfy queen size bed, hardwood floors with cowhide rug. Recliner chair for downtime and a desk for work time. Full kitchen to cook if desired or microwave to warm up takeout. For our guest who stay awhile and need to do Laundry, no problem. You have your own laundry room! We hope you enjoy your stay!

We provide a welcoming, clean, and modern place to relax and get a good night's sleep on our Nectar memory foam mattress. You can't get a better location in Stockton. Located within walking distance to the Miracle Mile and UOP, you'll never run out of places to explore. If you want to go wine tasting in Lodi, it's only a 30-minute drive away.

We are located in the heart of the beautiful College neighborhood, walkable to Roseburg Square shops and food as well as the Virginia Trail. We are close to downtown and have plenty of street parking, as well as a side gate with driveway that goes right up to the guest house.
