The owner has a private access entrance to the rear bedroom and there is a locked door between the rear bedroom area and the front living space. The owner will not be in the space or have access to the space you will occupy. You have access to the Master Bedroom, Master Bath, kitchen, living and dining space as well as the main entry. Basically you have a 1BR 1BA home to yourself.
