Our recently built lake house is a beautiful 6 bedroom, 4 bath, including 2 master suites! This house sleeps 22 guests, has sandy beach and water access, including Starlink high speed internet! Guests can enjoy the outdoor patio or the view from inside. This >3000 sf house is located in close proximity to the Rayburn Country Resort and Golf Club, as well as restaurants, gas stations, boat ramps, and grocery/convenient stores. Our location is fantastic and we have so much to offer our guests!

Enjoy nature in this luxury lakefront modern guest house in the treetops with fantastic views of Lake Sam Rayburn and the Angelina National Forest. You will have the entire private living space, including your own living room, bedroom, kitchen, full bathroom and 4 decks. Be sure to take a swim in the lake from the sandy beach. Bring your boat: this property is 15 minutes from Umphrey Pavilion and only 1 mile from Sandy Creek Boat Ramp. You are welcome to fish anywhere on the property.

Located 18 minutes to (2) Six Mile Boat Launches and 23 minutes to Sandy Creek Boat Launch at Toledo Bend. Also, 10 Minutes to Mill Creek Boat Launch at Sam Rayburn Lake. Key lock box for check in and out. Plenty parking for boats. Note: If your GPS takes you close to the Pineland Airport, you’re 2 miles south of the Red House.

Tucked away in a quiet wooded neighborhood this home is a perfect lake get away. Families, friends or Fishermen will all feel at home in this beach cabin style rental. Downstairs is set to entertain and is the perfect place to unwind. The neighborhood often has holiday events organized such as parades, fireworks, egg hunts and community fishing tournaments. Bring your golf cart or bikes and you will fit right in.

Commander's Cove Lakeview House on Toledo Bend

Sip coffee on the covered deck and take in the beautiful sunrise over the lake surrounded by Sabine National Forest. Keep an eye out for Bald Eagles, and an Osprey nest atop a 20 ft high tree stump just a quarter mile from shore. The mobile home is inside Mid Lake Campground located on Toledo Bend, one of the best bass fishing lakes in the country, and we have the best crappie fishing right below our marina.

Come and enjoy the view and the beautiful sunset at our Mid-Lake House on Lake Sam Rayburn. We are located before the 147 Bridge in Zavalla, Texas and only 3.2 miles from Cassel Boykins Boat Ramp. The house has 2 bedrooms with a loft and 2.5 bathrooms. There's 5 queen beds and 2 couches in the living room. A roll in dock is in the water to tie to during the day or night.
