Kitchen with new induction hob, oven, microwave, newly added washing machine, new American fridge freezer, recently added dishwasher. Two bathrooms, one with a bath and one with a disco shower :)

Brighton, Lewes and Eastbourne are all within a 30-minute drive/train/bus. The nearest supermarket is 10 minute drive, just outside Newhaven town centre.

The Brambles is a lovely two bedroomed property in a quiet close of 19 houses in Peacehaven, East Sussex. It has two double bedrooms, lounge/dinner with a conservatory that over looks the south facing garden. I will hopefully get to meet you on arrival, or there is a key box if not. Our family home is within easy access to Brighton centre. Car is a 15minute journey and the bus is about 25 minutes ( the number 27 stop is a 2 minutes walk away) We are a 10minute walk to the lovely Saltdean beach or add an extra 10 minutes for a visit to the village of Rottingdean. My home is available for groups of 25 years and older, proof of ID must be provided if required.
