Within walking distance to the Sugarhouse Commons area bars and restaurants, 10 minutes from downtown SLC, 5 minutes to the freeways, and 30 minutes to the ski resorts, this house sits in a quiet neighborhood that likes to keep it that way. Keep it simple at this peaceful & centrally-located place. Lovely 600 sq ft studio in my backyard. Spacious for 2 people, comfortable for 4, & hot spot for a group on a budget. Unique open loft style. With quite a wonky staircase. Upstairs in the loft there is a Queen bed and a twin daybed/couch. There is also clothing storage. Downstairs there’s a full sized futon/couch. Private bathroom and shower. Kitchenette with basic amenities. (No grill or oven).
