The River Room

This peaceful King Room with a private bath is located on the first floor & has everything you need for your trip! The old beams across the ceiling and huge pine floor boards make this room extra special, not to mention the propane fireplace & stunning views of The Machias River! Antique decor with a touch of Maine in the room help to capture that 1830’s farmhouse vibe. The room is stocked with coffee, linens, & soaps, along with a tray of goodies ready for your arrival! This private premier suite overlooks the gardens. The large bedroom has a polished wood floor installed more than 150 years ago. French doors separate the king size bed from the sitting room, with a full sized pull-out sofa. The private bathroom is spacious with a large shower. The suite is air conditioned with a smart television with Roku, WiFi, and a mini fridge. Head downstairs in the morning and enjoy breakfast on our outdoor stone patio or in the Manor House dining rooms.

Very nice home , great views of the hills and the town of Woodstock, close from shopping, restaurants, museum, golf and US border We do speak French and English and we are living in the house as well in our private space Your room is upstairs One queen size bed If you need to use the share kitchen the door is located at the front lobby the kitchen is located on the right of the tv in my finished basement

Greenleaf Inn 1 King Suite, Balcony, Harbor View

A bright, cheery and spacious room located on the first floor of the main house. This room has nice views out toward the islands, lighthouses and open ocean as well as a private balcony that overlooks the inner harbor and Commercial Street. This room has a king sized bed, heat, air-conditioning, alarm clock, fan, 43 Smart TV, and ambient lighting. This room has a full private bathroom with tub/shower combination.

The Elms - Lodge Room

The Elms is a historic Queen Anne Victorian mansion built in 1882 to serve as luxury accommodations for international executives and dignitaries visiting the local paper mill. Overlooking the Presumpscot River across the street from the old mill, the building retains many of its original architectural details, featuring lofty ceilings, grand staircases, exquisite woodwork, and antique furniture.
