Centrally located, my place is quiet, bright, secluded - just a few minutes away from hundreds of local cafe's, restaurants, shops and bars. Take a stroll or break into a run along Akerselva river or in the expansive public parks nearby. Walk, bike, scooter, or ride the "trikk" to anywhere - or stay at home with a book in our backyard.

This apartment is perfect for a couple or a small family who would like to experience Oslo from a locals point of view :) We can accommodate in total of 4 guests as there is a sleeping sofa we can use as well.

Feel at home in this idyllic and peaceful, yet so central Torshov apt.! Balcony overlooking the park, also a lovely common garden. The place is 50 m2 big, on the 3rd floor (no elevator), fully equipped including dishwasher and washing machine. One bedroom with a big 160 cm bed. Living room with fireplace. Great for couples or 2 friends, also works with a 3rd person on sofa. I love my city and will be honored to give you my best local tips, both on and off the beaten track. Welcome! :)

Be welcomed to a charming apartment with history and soul in the heart of Grünerløkka. Formerly a stocking factory and a violin workshop, now adapted to a 30 m2 living space for a comfortable stay in Oslos most pulsating city part. Within few steps you can enjoy a coffee at Tim Wendelboe's, steel a kiss at the fountain on Olaf Ryes plass, pass the waterfall to a culinary stroll of Europe in one building - Mathallen or see a concert at Parkteatret. And you didn't even leave the hood. ;)

Sjelfullt hjem på Grünerløkka

Denne koselige leiligheten ligger midt på Grünerløkka, det hippeste området i hele Oslo. Leiligheten ligger i nærheten av alt, noe som gjør det enkelt å planlegge besøket. I løpet av 1-5 min. gange kan du nå Sofienbergparken, Rathkes plass, Restauranten Apostrophe, Botanisk Hage, 6-7 ulike matbutikker, mange restauranter og enda flere bruktbutikker. Leiligheten i seg selv har mange autentiske detaljer, som original vedkomfyr og panelvegger. Leiligheten er 40 kvm og har en lav seng.

Sun all day balcony, Modern 1-bedroom

This apartment is perfectly placed between two lovely parks: Torshovdalen + Torshovparken. It is a beautiful building from 1920 and the apartment has been renovated recently. The subway is a 5 min walk, and the bus to the center is on the doorstep. Grünerløkka is a short 15 min walk away. There are four sand volleyball courts 500m away. Latest check in time is 22:30 500NOK fee if it is later. Cleaning costs in Oslo are 1200NOK for two hours. I have put 600NOK so we share the cost.

Cozy and close to everything

Quietly and centrally located, close to all kind of communications. Buses and trams stops just around the corner. The apartment is a 15 min ride from Oslo Central station with the tram. 5min walk from Storo and the Airport express bus or Metro. Several supermarkets just around the corner. A beautiful walk to the city center by the Aker river is close by, and the popular area for dining, bars and nigthlife, Grünerløkka, is 4 stops away by the tram. Keep it simple in my apartment.

Charming apartment in a peaceful area of Oslo

Lev som en lokal i Oslo! Enkelt og fredelig overnattingssted på Sandaker/Torshov. Leiligheten ligger i 2.etg. i en eldre og sjarmerende bygård fra 1910 med felles hage. Det er kort vei til Operaen/Oslo S med trikk (ca.18 min), men også bydeler som Grunerløkka, Sagene, St.Hanshaugen og Majorstua ligger i nærheten. Leiligheten er delvis pusset opp i 2023 med totalrenovert bad og malte vegger. Ny tv, sofa og seng (180cm bred). Arbeidsplass på soverom. Privat vestvendt balkong.

Fantastisk utsikt - Nær naturen

Len deg tilbake og slapp av på dette rolige, elegante stedet. Når du kommer inn døren så er du i stuen. Med privat balkong og peis. En sofa og queen size seng. Ta trappen ned for å komme til kjøkken og bad. Kjøkkenbenken er ganske liten, men den har induksjonstopp og stekeovn. Leiligheten passer for en til to personer som ønsker å være nær turterreng og skiløyper. Fint utgangspunkt for turer i naturen. Samtidig kun 30 minutter fra Oslo sentrum med museer og restauranter.

Koselig leilighet på Torshov

Koselig gammel leilighet på 48kvm i bygård på Torshov. I en relativt lite trafikkert sidegate. 100 meter til Åpent bakeri med deilig frokost! Ellers er det kort avstand til matbutikk, parker og restauranter lenger ned på Torshov. 2 minutter gange til buss og 5 minutter til trikk. Begge tar deg enkelt ned til sentrum😊 Leiligheten er tilknyttet en hyggelig og grønn bakgård med tilgjengelige benker og bord. OBS: godtar kun gjester som har anmeldelser fra før.
