A well known place from the locals and expats alike to enjoy fresh seafood. Andy's is located under the rails of the JR lines, if you are not claustrophobic it's quite an experience! The quality of the food is at it's best, Andy buy all the fish himself at Tsukiji each morning so the selection of food will depend on what was available on that day ;)
