Although there are three bakeries in the village, plus the supermarket, Vival has the best bread that it resells for a bakery elsewhere. It is also very good for local produce and products.

The shop, Vins et Saveurs, offers the most sophisticated selection of local wines and products in the village. Both Vival and the Carrefour Market, however, also offer very good value for money in their wine selection.

The approach to this village, that is literally built on a cliff face, offers one of the most stunning views I know. The village is a well-known pilgramage site.
La Forêt des Singes also offers an interesting opportunity to approach the some 150 Barbary macaques in residence with no bars or cages to hinder your view.
