Across from Millennium Park is the Chicago Athletic Association Hotel (CAA) where there is a great little rooftop bar called Cindy's. The view is incredible!!!

Arts & Culture
The Art Institute of Chicago on Michigan Ave. is another iconic museum that I'm sure you've heard of. This is something I would carve out a few hours to explore as there is so much to see. I especially love the new modern wing designed by one of my favorite architects, Renzo Piano. It's bright, beautiful and sleek with such subtle yet well designed architectural elements.

I've taken this tour once and it was such a memorable experience. The most breathtaking views of the city you can't really get anywhere else! I would check out Groupon for tickets as they often have great discounts :)
