This is a great spot to go crabbing. Park and walk the trail to the back and set up! All you need is some raw chicken and string. Don't forget a net to reach the crabs! And your favorite beverage!

This is the best spot to see the sunset in the most panoramic view point on the whole Outer Banks. I suggest to check the sunset time for that day, and drive over there an hour in advance. Bring a backpack, grab a bottle of wine and a cork screw and some of the plastic cups...park your car and follow the guided trail all the way to the top! Wear flip flops so you can take them off to hike...This is my favorite thing to do!

Bring a backpack, grab a bottle of wine and a cork screw and some of the plastic cups...park your car and follow the guided trail all the way to the top! Wear flip flops so you can take them off to hike...This is my favorite thing to do!

Make sure you have a real SUV, and not just an all wheel drive van. My advice!! And make sure you pack enough beer in case you get stranded. Throw a shovel in the back of your vehicle too. Trust me!

Just a short drive from the Beach House. Cool shops and Native history everywhere of the lifestyle that makes the OBX so inviting. (Just don't get on that ferry unless you really want to!)
