This park which was purchased from the state from the city a few years ago is an amazing place to have stunning downtown views with a quiet atmosphere. There are hundreds of acres of fields to enjoy and it's located on the Raleigh greenway as well, a great biking destination.

Lake Johnston is a quick bike ride or few mile drive from the house. There they have boat rentals, biking/hiking paths, and a beautiful lake to enjoy.
