Grizzeldas is a fun scene. They may still have a great Happy Hour on Wednesdays. Indoor / outdoor seating.
Great Fajitias , tacos, Margaritas, and a good choice for larger groups.

I love Launderette. It is a converted launderette from the 50's I think, so it has that retro feel.
The brunch is great. Service exceptional.
I loved the charred octopus and their homemade ice creams the Flavors change every 2 or 3 days.
I had the lemon and plum. Yummy drinks and solid wine options.

Juniper is really good Italian. A client of mine I sold a house to worked there as a chef. She is passionate about food and it shows with every bite at Juniper.

Granny's has 2 locations , Cesar Chavez, right next to Lous and East 7th street next to Easy Tiger.
It is a food truck. The tacos are a generous portion. I would order 1 and take it from there....
