It will take you about an hour to get here, but breathtaking old state park. Has an older large house and the grounds are miles long. A beautiful place and place I go to "get away" and relax and reset. Not too busy.

A nice walking park with trails and also walkway trails. Great for dogs and for families and friends. You can also access the river here and may walk a bit and then rent a raft when they hit the river. there is a bus that will bring you back to your car if you rent a raft that is close to the river.

a beautiful lake to swim, paddle or kayak on. also great to talk a walk around. a very larrrgggeeee lake! must pay for parking but sometimes a small obscure spot is open for free if you go very early.

richer part of town with big homes. A MUST SEE during holidays as they really dress the place up! On Halloween gives out whole candy bars and Christmas time you can walk or drive through and get goodies and see allllllll the lights and decorations. gets crowded then.
