This is a delicious brunch place that is in walking distance to the property. It is a great vibe, wonderful food and there is an amazing rooftop as well.

Tobacco Road Sports Cafe is a really great sports bar with great food and drinks right across from the Durham Bulls Game. The views are fabulous for the Durham Bulls game and they have a really spacious patio. This is a great spot for larger groups as well and to watch any big games.

Press is really wonderful spot in downtown Durham that has great coffee and really delicious crepes as well. It has a really nice vibe and a great place to work as well.

This is a really amazing spot in downtown Durham for tea and brunch/ lunch. You can get some really amazing tea and drinks. It has a spacious patio which is really great for kids and just wanting an outdoor vibe. This is one of our favorite places to go in Durham.

Sightseeing
Duke Gardens is a wonderful place to visit at Duke University. There are miles of walking trails and many beautiful flowers in bloom for you to look at. A must visit especially if you visit in the spring.

DPAC is an incredible performance space in downtown Durham where you can see concerts, comedians, broadway touring productions and so much more. A state of the art venue that you should definitely check out when you visit.

The Boxcar Arcade + Bar is a really fun place to get pizza, arcade games and get a drink. Its a very fun vibe to bring you group and blow off some steam. Its one of our favorite things to do in Durham and is so much fun.

This is one of the best shopping districts in Durham and is a favorite for visitors. There is an indoor mall with an amazing food court and they also have outdoor shopping and restaurants. There is also a dine in AMC Theatre as well. Highly recommend Uncle Julio's 10/10

This is one of the best shopping districts in Durham and is a favorite for visitors. There is an indoor mall with an amazing food court and they also have outdoor shopping and restaurants. There is also a dine in AMC Theatre as well. Highly recommend Uncle Julio's 10/10
This a really cool vintage shop that is in walking distance to the property. It has a really nice vibe to the store and you can shop for some really incredible vintage clothes and home decor. 10/10 and really expresses the very cool vintage shopping that Durham has to offer.
