General tips
Obey traffic laws, police activity is heavy during high season (November through March). Pack swimsuits. Unpack and leave your worries behind. Carry sunblock and hats with you at all times. Make reservations for highly frequented restaurants to avoid long wait times. Drive to Key West! It can be done in a day if you leave early. Explore the mid-lower keys (Islamorada, Marathon, Catacumbe) they’re 25-40 minutes away. But essentials at the Dollar Tree, it’s always well stocked.
