My favorite place to sit down and do work outside of the Work+Vacation chalet. Lots of tables. Easy access to the slopes and restaurants of Squaw. Friendly staff and good for people watching.

This place looks like something out of a Lord of the Rings movie. Crystal blue water. Mountains that rise up into the sky like giant granite teeth. Fun walk down to the water and amidst the Sequoia trees. World-class nature.

The best place in Tahoe to get fitted for and buy a pair of skis and ski boots. Skis only, no snowboards. Excellent staff. Wonderful service. Definitely not budget friendly.
