My favourite pubs and inns
You are incredibly well served for pubs, so I have listed out my favourites that are locals’ choice.
Lovely local pub, only 5-minutes from the flat. As well as a comprehensive selection of drinks, they serve really great food. I am a very regular visitor when I am staying at the flat. On the last Friday of every month they host a party, with a great selection of DJs play an eclectic mix of vinyl only, which is well worth investigating!

A gem of a pub by Brighton Station. They serve THE BEST Sunday Roasts, attested to by a very enthusiastic Brighton Roast Facebook page and other review sites. It’s a family run pub and your hosts Ben & Heather are just lovely. If you like to get out for a dance, it’s worth checking out what’s on Saturday evenings, as they often host parties. Through the week it’s pizzas, pub quizzes and a great place to work or meet friends. Highly recommended!

The Ginger Pig is close to the flat and I would categorise it as mid-market fancy; worthy of an occasion but not going to break the bank. Starters and desserts around £10, mains £15-25. If you want to take it up a notch their older sister restaurant, The Ginger Man, is fabulous too. Booking absolutely required at both.
