This is THE BEST place for ALL YOU CAN EAT SUSHI in the valley. Lily Sushi Grill serves your traditional Chinese food but also has a very unique all you can eat sushi option for $22.99(at the time of writing this guidebook, the price could potentially fluctuate). The sushi is made fresh and delicious. Highly recommended for any sushi lovers out there. Keep in mind that they will charge for any wasted sushi not eaten! This helps lower food waste which is a great idea in my opinion.

Vegan Treats is famous across the country for some of the best Vegan desserts. Everything is made in house and fresh and completely vegan. Just type them into google and you'll how well-known they actually are.

A local favorite for amazing Ice-cream and milkshakes. they even have vegan milkshakes! It's the only one I know of and would highly recommend it to anybody with a sweet tooth.

If you're looking for a rooftop bar/ restaurant then Zest is the place for you. Located in south side Bethlehem, this is a must see for any visitors new in the area.
