This is a small neighbourhood mall but OUTSIDE the mall is where the action is when the sun sets. A very popular social and food destination, you can find almost all the best stuff Malaysia has to offer here. Nice walkable area to explore all different types of food and drinks, and entertainment. Not hugely touristy but only because most tourists don't know about this place.

Sightseeing
A must see when in KL. Stunning from far and near, the Petronas Twin Towers are not just tall, but beautiful. There is a big mall at the bottom of the towers with lots of great shopping, the biggest book shop in the city (Kinokuniya) and of course, endless options for food. Queue up early to get tickets to go to the top of the towers.

Parks & Nature
One of the world biggest aviaries, a good collection of birds including peacocks, the hornbill and black swans. A nice calm walk in the middle of the city (just a few hundred meters away from the Parliament building).

Not the most comprehensive mall in terms of shopping, Publika tries to be different from all the rest. It has a countless number of restaurants, a really good supermarket, a film-photography shop, some outdoor and indoor space for live performances (check schedule) and exhibitions and much more. Always changing, very hipster. Kinda random but great for exploring and walking a lot. Few tourists.

It has a countless number of restaurants, a really good supermarket, a film-photography shop, some outdoor and indoor space for live performances (check schedule) and exhibitions and much more. Always changing, very hipster. Kinda random but great for exploring and walking a lot. Few tourists.
You can buy a Jaguar, a Bentley and maybe even a serviced Apartment right next door. This mall is glitzy, expensive, enormously popular and big. You won't be short of step counts going through this mall.
