- The Buda castle with great view over the city (you may take the Funicular there too). Often hosts cultural events like the annual Wine festival, Chocolate festival, Palinka (traditional hungarian spirit) festival, Crafts festival, etc
- the Mattias church
- Fishermen`s bastion
In front of the building you may see parts of the Wall, and the Iron curtain. Photos along the outside of the building, likewise the exhibitions inside commemorate the victims of fascist and communist regimes in Hungary, letting you see behind the scenes. The building itself served as the Headquarter of the far-right; Nazi party in the 1940s, then been taken over by the State Intelligence in the `50s.
