Like Barbizon and Pont Aven, the Moisy Sisters' Auberge was a gathering place for many famous painters who came to find their inspiration in the Mancelles Alps in the late XIXth century. Among them: Camille Corot, Eugène Boudin, Mary Fox and many others.

At the heart of the magnificent natural site of the Mancelles Alps, in the Gasseau domain in St-Léonard-des-Bois, discover the tree climbing park managed by our association. This park offers 85 stages through 5 tours, to suit children and their parents (from 6 to 80years old). Everyone can practice at its own pace and according to its level.
A must for a family /group activity. fantastic coaches in gorgeous surroundings, a lot of fun or challenge for all ages even for the older teens!

Saint-Léonard-des-Bois (72590) présente a low density de sites d’escalade : 3 sites dans un rayon de 10km. Le Gué Plard, L'Angouloir et Le Gasseau.
Ces 3 sites d’escalade proposent au total 35 voies : la ligne la plus dure est Tseuh !, 7a à Le Gué Plard .
En basse saison, l'escalade se pratique en salle à Moulins-le-Carbonnel.
Côté indoor, la plus proche est la SAE Vertical Art Le Mans à Le Mans
